When you are already feeling behind and overwhelmed with staying on top of your email, SPAM is enough to make you crazy! Here are a few tips for limiting SPAM (unsolicited commercial emails).

Be careful using Opt-Out Links
If you get SPAM from a reputable company and do not want their messages, use their opt out link. If the email is not from a reputable company, their opt out link might be a phishing attack. When you click the link to opt out, they now know they have a valid email address that someone checks and that is worth a lot of money to the right buyers.
