IFTTT – The King of Social Media Automation

Jan 22, 2019 | Uncategorized

I took a blogging course a year or so ago and someone shared this awesome little web app with me — IFTTT.   IFTTT stands for IF This Then That.    It utilizes 60 different channels — or online applications — and allows you to automate things between them.

You can have things automatically go into Evernote or even have it send you text messages to your phone when a certain thing happens. Not just for social media automation, it works with Blogger, Craigslist, Etsy, Instagram and more.

And if you can’t think of anything to use it for, check the recipes!  People submit recipes for everything from putting final scores from Red Sox games into a Google Drive spreadsheet to having it text you the weather. I’m sure that with a little creativity, you can find a myriad of ways that IFTTT can help you run your business better.

How do you use IFTTT to make your business run better?
