1.  Auto Attendants

What is an auto attendant?   Just a fancy term that refers to the message you get when the phone is first answered and possibly at other points in a phone menu system while you are trying to get to the right place.   It usually sounds something like this:

Thank you for calling MYBUSINESS.  Office hours are from Y - Z.   If you know the extension of the party you are trying to reach, you may enter it at any time. blah blah blah

We've all heard that, right?   Right.

2.   Custom Messages & Greetings

When you are setting up your menu, you have the ability to use your own custom messages & greetings.   Honestly, your phone menu can be as complex or as simple as you would like.   No matter how you choose to have it set up, it's nice to be able to customize them.  Maybe you don't have someone to physically answer the phone all the time, but it's nice to be able to hear a familiar voice in the phone system AND in person, too.

3.  Conferencing
